What we collect
Account details (name, company, email, phone, GSTIN), billing address, order history, support conversations and technical logs needed to run the services you buy.
How we use it
To provision and bill services, send invoices and service notices, provide support, and improve the platform. We do not sell personal data.
Payments
Card, UPI and net-banking details are processed by our PCI-DSS certified payment gateway. Akontec Solutions never stores full card numbers.
Data location
Customer data and backups are stored in Indian data centres unless you select another region.
Your rights
You can export or delete your account data by writing to support@akontec.solutions. Retention follows Indian tax and telecom regulations.
