Akontec Solutions provides cloud, software, hosting and VOIP services as described on each plan page. Plans may be changed with 30 days' notice; your current term is honoured.
Billing & renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price until cancelled from the dashboard. Prices exclude 18% GST. Minute packs and one-time services are non-recurring.
Refunds
Shared hosting carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. Annual subscriptions are refundable pro-rata within 30 days of purchase. Minute packs, domains, SSL certificates and completed one-time services are non-refundable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
Acceptable use
No spam, unlawful content, unauthorised telemarketing or activities that breach TRAI/DoT regulations. Numbers require completed KYC. Violations may lead to suspension.
Service levels
Uptime commitments are printed on each plan. Enterprise and Dedicated plans include a written SLA with service credits.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in the preceding three months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in Chennai have jurisdiction.
