Is KYC required for Indian numbers?
Yes — company documents and an authorised-signatory ID are uploaded once in the dashboard. Numbers activate as soon as they are verified.
Can I port my existing number?
Landline and toll-free porting is supported; the team will guide you through the paperwork.
Do minutes expire?
Each pack has a validity printed on it (90–365 days). Buying a new pack extends the validity of any remaining balance.
What does a minute actually cost?
₹0.80 on the 1,000-minute pack, ₹0.70 on 5,000 and ₹0.60 on 25,000 — so the rate falls as the pack gets bigger. All for outbound calls within India.
Are incoming calls charged?
No. Incoming calls on a US, UK or Canada number are unlimited, and Indian DIDs forward to any phone you nominate.
How many extensions does the PBX support?
Cloud PBX Starter covers 10 extensions, Business covers 50 — both with IVR, ring groups, queues and call recording. Business adds CRM click-to-call and a 99.9% SLA.
Do I need special hardware?
No. Everything works with any SIP desk phone or a softphone, and the PBX ships with mobile and desktop apps, so a laptop and a headset are enough to start.
Are the prices inclusive of GST?
No. Every price shown is exclusive of 18% GST, which is added at checkout. A GST invoice is issued on every purchase.
What does annual billing save?
Numbers and the PBX are charged 10 months for 12 on annual billing, so two months are free. Minute packs are one-time purchases and are not affected.
